I’ve had my botox done by Rowena more times than I can count. Each time it’s settled exactly how I’ve wanted, never once have I bruised or even felt a pinch from the needle. Her bedside manner is unmatched, her voice is so calming and she’s so encouraging which really helps you feel at ease.

Could not recommend Rowena enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, clearly explaining everything she is doing at each step. I always feel safe and comfortable - i also look loads better as a result!

I challenge anyone to find a practitioner who is as welcoming, professional and skilled as Rowena. I have been receiving treatments with Refresh Asthetic for a few years now and will continue to do so. A perfect person to see for first time treatments, if you’re feeling at all anxious she will make you feel comfortable and at ease whilst leaving with the best results. I couldn’t recommend more!
